I’ve been delivering on talent and talent solutions for over 20 years, building and scaling some of the world's most recognized and successful consumer internet brands including Google, LinkedIn, Fitbit, and Pinterest. I founded TNTA because of the lack of resources to help founders, People and Talent leaders navigate the complexity of talent based design and delivery. I learned how to build successful People functions based on grit, failures, and 80 hour work weeks. It doesn’t have to be this way.
I get energy by finding creative solutions to simplify the complex, building relationships and processes to improve outcomes, and helping leaders find talent and opportunity to better their organizations and careers.
WHERE YOU’LL FIND ME: After two decades in Silicon Valley, I now live with my husband, dogs, and random livestock residents on a small island in the Pacific NorthWest.
FUN FACTS: I’m an accredited yoga teacher and County Fair Blue Ribbon winner. My favorite possessions include my kids self portraits, chainsaw, and kayak.

Riley Friedman
I started my recruiting career with a boutique firm in San Jose, CA, researching and hiring engineers for venture backed companies in Silicon Valley. I learned early that relationships and playing the long game are far more important than instant wins. Connecting people and opportunity is one of the most rewarding things you can do as a career. I’m fortunate to get to do that every day.
WHERE YOU’LL FIND ME: Watching hockey, reviewing hockey, arguing about hockey draft picks.
FUN FACT: I’m snow (and ice) obsessed and happiest with my dogs, on my mono ski, eating sushi or nerding out on car facts.
