While there are academic credentials for People/HR careers, these programs don’t prepare professionals to manage the wide range of challenges they will encounter in a growth organization. And they certainly don’t prepare Heads of Talent Acquisition.

For most, it's a "Trial by Fire" arrangement, with very little guidance in building a successful team and strategy. These leaders learn by winning, or more often, failing. Our goal is to bridge the gap between pain points of People leadership and get everyone pointed toward their organization's "True North".
